The testing board is made of micro porous plate of special stainless steel material powder metallurgy. The emissivity of the plate surface is measured to be higher than 0.4 at a temperature of 20℃ by irradiating perpendicularly with a light beam in the wavelength range of 8 μm to 14 μm and reflected as a hemisphere.
